• We specialize in designing and selling premium luxury abayas.

• All displayed images are intended to illustrate the design; however, slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting or your device's screen settings.

2- Orders and Payment

• Please ensure you review our size guide before finalizing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

• We accept local payment methods available within the State of Kuwait.

• Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message.

3- Delivery

• Delivery service is currently available within the State of Kuwait only.

• Orders are delivered within (2-5) business days, depending on the area and item availability.

4- Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content associated with Loula are private property and may not be used or reproduced without official permission.

🔄 Exchange and Return Policy

At Loula, we are committed to providing pieces that meet your expectations. Therefore, you have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The presence of a clear manufacturing defect in the abaya.

• Receiving a product different from the one ordered.

• Conditions: The abaya must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging included.
